WORKSHOPS

Our Workshops are designed to take the newest F&I person to the most experienced from basic product knowledge through advanced presentations to closing the sale.  Updated product presentations, overcoming objections, the use of technology in dealerships, and compliance in today's litigious business world are cornerstones of our programs.

Our Four Day Comprehensive Workshop is designed to take the new F&I manager from basic product knowledge through presentation and closing the sale.  Emphasis is placed on learning to overcome objections and includes a comprehensive overview of compliance issues that impact the entire process.  

The Advanced F&I Skills course is for experienced F&I personnel looking to enhance their selling skills.  Subjects include the Use of Technology in the F&I Office, Time Management Skills, Training Management and Sales Staff and Effective Communication Skills.

The Laws and Regulations Workshop is conducted at Dealership locations for all F&I Managers, Sales Managers, General Sales Managers and Dealers.  Red Flag Identity Theft, Military Lending Act, Magnuson Moss Act and Used Car Rule, Safeguarding Rules, Regulations Z and M are among the many topics covered.
