With more than 35 years in the automobile business, Chari has become a respected F&I trainer. As the first woman hired to sell the Chrysler-Plymouth brand in Toledo, Ohio, Chari quickly rose to achieve Chrysler's highest performance levels. She was the finance director of a large Ohio dealership for eight years before joining Acceleration Life (now Protective Life) in 1995 as their sales trainer.

In October 2000 she launched ChariFogel Associates, which provides training and workshops for prominent dealer groups, administrators and others across the country.

Chari has had several articles published in F&I Management and Technology (now F&I and Showroom), been a guest speaker for the Virginia and New Hampshire Auto Dealers Associations, and spoken to various 20 Groups across the country. Chari is a member of the Association of F&I Professionals (AFIP) and has her Life, Health and Annuity License in the State of Ohio.
