Chari Fogel Associates, Inc. is a training company specializing in automotive F & I, financial institution sales training, sales management and leadership training.

With nearly 30 years experience in the automotive field, Chari is considered a training and development expert. She is often published in industry periodicals like F & I Management and Technology.

In addition to her automotive experience, Chari has provided training to several financial institutions across the country. In an industry that has mastered the concept of customer centered selling, she has helped financial institutions attain increases in credit insurance premium sales of 10% – 25%.

Chari provides real-world experience, which has gained the respect of dealers across the country. Relationships with the National Auto Dealers Association, the Ohio Automobile Dealers Association and the New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association have provided Ms. Fogel with key roles in bringing greater value and credibility to the sale of credit insurance and service agreements.

As the first woman hired to sell the Chrysler-Plymouth brand in Toledo, Ohio, Chari quickly rose to achieve Chrysler’s highest performance levels. She was the finance director of Central Ohio’s largest Buick dealership for eight years before joining Acceleration Life in 1995 as their sales trainer.

Chari is a member of the Association of F & I Professionals (AFIP) and has her Life, Health and Annuity License in the state of Ohio.

Over forty years in business and education specializing in communication, Mr. Katzman’s expertise in persuasive communication and debate has helped F & I managers, educators and seminar participants to understand how to make presentations most effectively and in a non-confrontational manner. His instructional and management skills are being used at the university level in his current assignment preparing future teachers as they have been in secondary education and the tool rental industry.

Mr. Katzman has been honored in “Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers (2004-2002-1998-1996-1994), Start High School Hall of Fame (2004), the Ohio High School Speech League Hall of Fame (2002), two Resolutions of Accomplishment from the Ohio House of Representatives (1996 and 1975), and the Toledo City Schools Teacher of the Year (1983).
